How to cook “Smoked Chicken.”

Summary: It’s very easy to cook. Preparation time 10min. For 2 people cook time 1-hr-20-min.

So lets start with Ingredients :

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 whole chicken, halved

How to Cook :

So first you have to take a medium size bowl then mix together the dry ingredients. Rub the seasoning over the both halves of the chicken. After then cover the chicken with plastic wrap and just put in refrigerator for 1hr.

After than you have to place wood chips in the smoking tray of grill and if you are not having this then just make a packet of aluminium foil and make some holes in top using fork and put it directly on hot coals.

At last, put the chicken on hot grill over medium-heat with meat side down.Then just Grill it wood chips for 1 hour and 20 minutes.So while you do cover it will prevent from oxygen from igniting the smoking wood after being 30 minutes just turn chicken opposite side so the juices will be clear around the bone
