Argan oil why it’s so beneficial and why you must use


Argan oil is a gift given by Ayurveda which is not less than a boon not only for our skin but also for hair.

Due to its special properties, it is also known as ‘liquid gold’. This is the reason that argon oil is one of the most expensive oil in the world.

This oil is extracted from the Argon tree. This oil is used to nourish hair and skin. This oil relieves the rashes and heals the wound faster.

Argan oil contains abundant amounts of Vitamin-A and Vitamin-E, along with linoleic acid, omega-6, antioxidants and minerals that moisturize, soften, and protect the skin and hair from the sun’s rays. .

Moisturizer

The skin absorbs argon oil well and does not leave any residue. Will keep your skin soft. Always wash your face before bed and apply argon oil for better results.

Take a drop of this oil on your handle and massage it on the face. This will remove wrinkles and other problems on the face.

Toner

This oil can also be used as a toner. For this, put four drops of argon oil on the used green-tea bag and keep it in a container. Use it the next morning and night.

Exfoliant

You can also use this oil as an exfoliant. Mix two drops of brown sugar and argon oil. Rub it on your face for two to four minutes. This will remove the dead skin cells of your face and make the skin look absolutely fresh.

Anti-acne

Argan oil is also beneficial to reduce the problem of acne. It contains linoleic acid which reduces inflammation and also cures bad skin. Apply two drops of argon oil directly to the skin to reduce acne.

Stretch marks

Stretch marks are also significantly reduced by applying argon oil. Massage two to three drops of lost oil on them to reduce the stretch marks. The vitamins A and E present in argan oil rejuvenate the skin and improve elasticity.
