Egg Fried Rice is so yummy. If you never tried this recipes so i must suggest to you to tried this one at least once after you will be fan of it.
- Garlic fine chopped – 5-6 nos.
- Eggs – 3 nos
- Carrot, fine diced – 1/2 cup
- White pepper- 1/4 tsp
- Rice, boiled -250 to 300 gms
- Spring onions/ scallions- 3 nos.
- Beans, fine sliced- 1/2 cup
- Peanut oil – 2 tbsp
First of all Cook the rice when it 90% done then just strain it and spread the rice in plate. After that chop the beans and carrots and chop too garlic cloves. When all this done then in last separate the spring onion greens from the white and chop both separately and put them aside.
