Step 1:-

Click or double-click the Chrome app icon, which resembles a red, yellow, green, and blue sphere.

Step 2:-


Click as shown as above image  It’s in the top-right corner of the window. Clicking it causes a drop-down menu to appear.

Step 3:-


Now Select Bookmarks  this option is near the top of the drop-down menu  Selecting it prompts a pop-out menu.

Step 4:-


Now Click Bookmark manager. It’s in the pop-out window. Doing so opens the Bookmarks Manager in a new tab.

Step 5:-


Now you Open the Bookmarks menu. Click the ⋮ icon in the far-right side of the blue banner that’s at the top of the Bookmarks window. A drop-down menu will appear.
Make sure you don’t click the ⋮ icon that’s either to the right of an individual bookmark or in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window’s grey section, as neither of these will give you the proper options.

Step 6:-


Now click on export bookmarks. It will open a File Explorer

If you can't see the option then you are on wrong side.

Step 7:-


Now Enter a name “it will be anything what you wish to enter”.

Step 8:-


Now Select the save location where you want to save it always on left side just navigate it.

Step 9:-


Finally you have to just click on save button as shown above image and you are done.
